What is the London Placement Scheme?

The Stage One London Placement scheme provides opportunity for aspiring producers to work and train within West End commercial offices.

The scheme has been running for 15 years and has partnered with many organisations to offer a 12 month paid job opportunity including mentoring and training from other Stage One workshops and activity.

How does it work?

The successful candidates will be employed by the partner organisation, and work within the team. Additionally, this person will receive:

  • 121 mentoring from an experienced producer/professional (likely their line manager),
  • Monthly check-ins with the Stage One network
  • A free place on the Stage One Workshop

In summary, Stage One & the host partners are funding 4 fantastic job opportunties for hands-on training in producing commercial theatre in the West End, on tour, and internationally.
