You should start by researching other shows and venues similar to yours and try to get into the mind-set of the audience. As a producer you want to make sure if you have any “star names” (creatives/cast) your price will reflex that. Most tickets will cost from £6-20 and don’t forget to run concessions so you’re catering for all!
