The Producer Programme

Bridge the Gap is a year-long development programme that supports 10 emerging producers each year.

The programme is designed around the needs of the participants and includes: 

  • Tailored masterclasses focusing on career progression and skills development, led by experienced workshop leaders
  • Regular group tickets and access to West End shows 
  • Year- long mentoring from an experienced professional or producer to support the transition into commercial producing
  • Monthly group meetings with Stage One staff and community.
  • One to one personal coaching sessions 
  • A free place on the three day Stage One Workshop
  • Access to the Bridge the Gap Kick Start Grant 

Bridge the Gap is targeted at people who face barriers in the commercial theatre industry and have found it hard to make progress. To see if you are eligible to take part in this programme, please read our 'Should I Apply?' document.

Applications for the 2021/22 cohort of producers are now OPEN and will close 10am, Monday 10th May. Click here to access the application form.
